The AVX 70-9176-001-422-006 is a robust single IDC contact engineered for tough industrial and automotive environments. It supports wire sizes from 22 to 28 AWG with insulation diameters between 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm, delivering up to 6 Amps per contact.

Its gas-tight IDC connection, large SMT solder base, and optional locking strain relief cap provide secure, reliable performance – even under shock and vibration. Ideal for:

Supplied in Tape & Reel packaging for automated SMT assembly, this contact allows up to 3 wire replacement cycles, reducing maintenance cost and increasing design flexibility.
